- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items categorized as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
